The table-top convection oven is designed for soldering printed circuit boards in an air environment. The control computer sets the required soldering temperature in the working chamber of the furnace, as well as other parameters. Printed circuit boards with applied solder paste and installed components are placed manually on the grid conveyor of the furnace. Moving along the conveyor, printed circuit boards pass sequentially through the preheating zone, peak zone, and cooling zone. Unloading of soldered printed circuit boards at the output of the furnace is also carried out manually.

The oven is equipped with four heating zones (three preheating and one peak heating) and one active cooling zone. In all heating zones, hot air is supplied to the printed circuit Board from the upper and lower sides.

Separate temperature control is provided in the upper and lower heating modules. The special design of the nozzles for supplying hot air to the working chamber allows for high-quality soldering of electronic components, regardless of their shape and size. In addition, the stability of the soldering process is maintained by minimizing the mutual influence of heating zones.

The temperature profile in the working chamber is controlled using thermocouples, individually for each zone and separately from the top and bottom. The digital automatic control system allows you to maintain the specified profile with high accuracy reaching + / - 0.2 degrees. The profile is formed by setting the temperature independently for each zone and side. In this way, you can create the most flexible profile that is optimal for each specific case.

Cooling of printed circuit boards after the soldering process is carried out in the zone of active cooling.

This furnace uses a mesh conveyor that allows simultaneous use of boards with different dimensions, which makes the furnace ideal in conditions of multi-product production.

The furnace uses a digital conveyor speed controller, which ensures a stable speed regardless of time, temperature conditions or the load on the conveyor.

For maintenance of the furnace, as well as cleaning of the working chamber, this furnace provides opening the lid of the working chamber using the built-in electric lift.

The oven is equipped with pipes for connecting the hood. A working hood sensor is also installed, which blocks the operation of the oven if the hood is not sufficiently thin. This allows you to exclude the ingress of reflow products into the room.

The oven operates in automatic mode. A modern microcomputer equipped with a 7” color graphic screen with touch input is used to control the oven. Software with a multimedia interface makes managing the oven simple and convenient, allows you to control all aspects of the oven operation, as well as create and edit a profile. The program interface language is set by the user. The basic delivery includes support for Russian and English languages. At the user's request, localization to other languages can be performed.

All parameters of the soldering profile, including temperatures and conveyor speeds, can be saved for later use. The number of saved profiles is not limited.
