The reflow oven is mainly intended for small and medium-sized electronics manufacturing. The system can be integrated into a surface mount production line or work as a standalone device.
The convection reflow soldering furnace has the main advantages compared to its analogues:

The numbers "421" in the name of the model of convection reflow oven mean the following:
- 4 preheating zones
- 2 peak heating zones

The B221-AC421 soldering furnace has one of the main advantages - the patented nozzle design, through which hot air or nitrogen is supplied to the working chamber of the device. High-quality soldering with solder paste is ensured by this design of nozzles, regardless of their shape and size due to uniform and "soft" blowing of the printed circuit board on both sides. Preheating zones and peak zones are equipped with modules with powerful fans and heaters, which are located symmetrically to each other above and below the furnace conveyor.
The temperature in each heating zone of the furnace is set and controlled individually. Control over the internal temperature is carried out using special sensors (thermocouples) located inside each heating zone. Due to the presence of thermocouples at the conveyor level, it is possible to obtain practically real values of the soldering temperature of the printed circuit board.
If the specified temperature threshold is exceeded in any zone, the control system automatically adjusts the temperature profile parameters. This adjustment is carried out by means of a fan speed converter supplying air flows through heating elements (heating elements) and plates with nozzles directly to the conveyor area, as well as by individual automatic adjustment of the heating temperature of heating elements.
The furnace conveyor is driven by a DC motor. The required conveyor speed is set and controlled by a computer. Actual and set speed are displayed on the monitor screen. A safety clutch disconnects the engine and conveyor drive in the event of an interlock.
The central PCB support system prevents deformation of wide and thin boards moving along the conveyor belt of the furnace. The central support position is set by computer and has 2 height positions.
An automatic conveyor chain lubrication system can significantly save lubricants and production time, and also extends the life of the conveyor system. The system can be activated automatically or in manual mode. Using software, the operator can set the duration and frequency of this operation.
The soldering furnace with its well-thought-out design allows maintenance of all units and assemblies in the shortest possible time. The purity of the process chamber is maintained through automatic optimization of soldering processes through electronic control systems, as well as a system for removing fumes and sediments.
The reflow oven has software that allows the operator to control the temperature of the heating and cooling modules, the speed of the conveyor and the width of the conveyor, the number of boards in the working chamber, the position of the central support system for the printed circuit boards, and also make service settings for the furnace blocks. The user interface of the control computer of the furnace is convenient and simple. Information on all soldering process parameters is displayed on the screen of the large touch monitor (22 inches). In addition, the software implements a visualization function for transporting printed circuit boards along the conveyor and a counter for the number of circuit boards that passed through the furnace.
