Complete transformer stations block (CTSB)
Block complete transformer substation in concrete housing (CTSB) is designed to receive, convert and distribute electric power of three-phase alternating current with frequency of 50 Hz with rated voltage 6 (10) kV high side voltage and 0,4 kV low-side voltage using the domestic and foreign electrical equipment.
Nominal values of climatic factors of the external environment during operation of CTSB according to GOST 15543.1 and GOST 15150:
ambient temperature from -45 °C to +40 °C;
relative humidity up to 100%;
height above sea level no more than 1000 m;
the environment is not explosive and does not contain conductive dust, aggressive gases and vapors in concentrations that destroy materials and insulation.
CTSB is connected to cable lines. Inputs and outputs of high and low voltage are carried out by a cable.
The following switchgear can be installed in the CTSB:
cells with RM6 type gas switches manufactured by Schneider Electric;
cells with gas-operated switches of the SafeRing/SafePlus type produced by ABB;
cells with vacuum switches of the SafeRing/SafePlus type produced by ABB;
one-way service chambers with Evolis type vacuum switches;
chamber of unilateral maintenance with vacuum circuit breakers of type BB/Tel (Tavrida electric);
one-way service chambers with autogas switches of the VNM type.
In the CTSB on the low side, a switchgear of the SCHO70, UVR, NKU type is installed.
The CTSB is equipped with a shield for its own needs and a security alarm system.
The high-voltage switchgear has a single busbar system of up to four and one transformer connection per section.
Cells are usually equipped with load switches. At the request of the customer, the input and output line cells can be equipped with power switches with relay protection.
The power transformer is protected by fuses with load switches or power switches with microprocessor or relay protection.
