The largest 10th retail convention in Kazakhstan, World of Trade 2019, was held November 21-22, 2019 in Almaty.

Key retail representatives, distributors, suppliers and manufacturers from Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, Tajikistan, Russia, Ukraine, Georgia, England, the Czech Republic and Morocco gathered at one site.

The business program of the congress is built exclusively by “World of Commerce 2019” based on the experience and knowledge of the most experienced marketers, heads of companies and analysts. Trends and challenges, technology and service, experience of foreign colleagues - the agenda of the convention was fully devoted to forecasts for 2020.

“Kazakhstan's consumer is not going through the best of times. The growth in real income does not keep pace with the growth of buyers' expenses. This is due to many factors, such as exchange rate fluctuations or a large amount of imports. Buyers are forced to switch to a saving mode, ”said Madina Seisengalieva, a specialist at Nielsen Kazakhstan, at the forum.

The purpose of the Convention is to promote trade in the participating countries, promote attraction and promotion of investments, exchange technologies, knowledge and experience in the field of trade and trade infrastructure.

ZENCHA-Pskov JSC factory became one of the participants of the Hypermarket at the World of Trade 2019 site with the support of the Export Support Center of the Pskov Region. By tradition, the Convention provided window-dressing manufacturers with the opportunity to present their products and tastings, and after the sessions ended, a forum for negotiations was opened.

More than 65 retail chains and a distributor met at the Procurement Center with 250 manufacturers of food, beverages and household chemicals to discuss the possibility of cooperation. As a result of the work of the Center, more than 6,000 bilateral negotiations between suppliers and retailers were held.

Within the framework of the convention, representatives of manufacturers will have the opportunity to expand sales channels in the local market of Kazakhstan, as well as get acquainted and explore the potential of their competitors, the general situation in the network retail market, and get acquainted with Kazakh dealers.

Being in the center of retail retail representatives, it became possible to determine the level of interest in products manufactured by ZENCHA-Pskov JSC, assess the quality and possible advantages over competitors in the Kazakhstan market, find out the latest trends in the sales areas that interest us, and also find out priority development vectors and the direction of change main characteristics of demand for goods of our profile, opportunities and options for interaction between countries.
