ZENCHA-Pskov at the ELECTRONTECHEXPO 2019, Moscow

Today the ZENCHA-Pskov factory proudly presents a new development direction - the production of SMT equipment (surface mount technology).

Surface mounting technology originated in the 1960s and after 20 years has become widely used in the manufacture of electronics. Now this technology is the undisputed leader. It is difficult to find a modern device that would not have been implemented using this technology.

A typical sequence of operations in TMP includes:

PCB manufacturing;
applying solder paste to the contact pads of the board;
installing components on a board;
group soldering by paste reflow in a furnace;
board cleaning and protective coating.
On the technical base of ZENCHA-Pskov JSC, all the necessary types of equipment are produced for the sequential performance of mandatory TMP operations.

On April 15-17, 2019, Moscow hosted the ELECTRONTECHEXPO exhibition, where the ZENCHA-Pskov factory presented its own line of SMT equipment. We were one of the few manufacturers of SMT equipment and the only Russian representatives in this area. Visitors to our booth were satisfied with the quality and availability of the equipment offered.

We plan to further develop such a modern and demanded line of production of SMT equipment.
