Open day at the ZENCHA-Pskov factory

On October 17 at the ZENCHA-Pskov electrical factory under the motto "Pskov Region - The Territory of Your Profession" Open Door Day was held!

The event was organized as part of the All-Russian action “Week without turnstiles” with the support of the Pskov State University and brought together students of the Lyceum of Economics and Entrepreneurship No. 10 of Pskov, as well as foreign students from the Faculty of Computer Engineering and Power Engineering of Pskov State University. Responsible for communicating with the young guests from our plant were the Director of Organizational Affairs Igor Sergeyevich Lobkov, as well as employees of the marketing department Ramina Kaldararu and Konstantin Golen.

I.S. Lobkov greeted the guys and began a tour of the plant. In a short time, he told in an interesting form the basic facts from the almost 60-year history of the enterprise, showed how it changed, revealing its potential. The baton from Igor Sergeyevich was intercepted by Ramin Kaldarara and Konstantin Golen, telling in detail about the products manufactured by the plant and showing samples of consumer goods in a show room specially organized at the enterprise.

Students with schoolchildren visited the assembly plant and got acquainted with the technological process. The guys visited the tool shop, the plastics casting, welding, plumbing and other areas, and even visited the office of the plant’s director general.

On the site of the plant, contests and a lesson in practical electrical engineering were organized, which were held by Sergey Loginov, candidate of technical sciences, associate professor of the department of electric drive and automation systems of Pskov State University. The winners of the competitions were awarded memorable gifts.
At the end of the meeting, as planned, a sweet surprise awaited guests in the dining room of the plant.

“For us, open door day is not the first experience, but with youth such events always take place in a special way. All the guys today came with a very positive attitude, with genuine interest, looked at what was happening with us, asked questions. We have a number of applications from educational institutions of the city, many want to get to us, and now we are starting to prepare a whole plan for such “open days”. We are waiting for everyone with pleasure and hope that such meetings will be useful for our younger generation, ”Igor Sergeyevich Lobkov commented.
