The enterprise is equipped with a conveyor-type powder coating line for coating manufactured parts. The method of applying powder paint is electrostatic.
Preparation of surfaces before painting takes place in the washing chamber using a phosphating composition to improve the adhesion properties, followed by drying in a special chamber.
There are two powder application stations on the site. In addition, there are two automatic manipulators that can exclude operators during the powder application process.
